PLC-Free Remote Operation
Typically, operating a dust collector remotely requires additional PLC configuration, which can be costly if it cannot be done in-house—often exceeding the cost of the dust collector itself. With Emsiot, remote operation is made simple by connecting a dedicated remote controller (sold separately), allowing control from up to 10 meters away.
Emsiot is designed with top-tier core functionality, offering an unprecedented level of convenience.
Unlike conventional dust collectors, it incurs no additional PLC configuration costs, enabling remote operation at a lower total cost.
Moreover, Emsiot can be fully controlled wirelessly from a smartphone or PC, allowing for remote operation even when installed inside glove boxes or production equipment during prototype testing and verification stages.
